What happens when people building the future stop working in separate worlds and start talking to each other?
This October, we’re about to find out.
On 15–16 October 2026, IT SPOT returns to the Montenegrin Music Centre in Podgorica, bringing together people whose work is already shaping technology, business and the way we experience the world around us.
And if the first announced speakers tell us anything, it’s that this year’s conversations won’t stay inside one industry.
Different worlds, one conversation
The IT SPOT 2026 programme moves across Technology, Business, Marketing, Leadership and Finance, connecting subjects that are increasingly difficult to separate.
AI is changing how companies operate and brands communicate. Autonomous driving is bringing software, engineering and data closer together. Cybersecurity is adapting to a new technological reality, while game development continues to blur the lines between technology, storytelling and immersive experiences.
Those are the worlds meeting at IT SPOT.
Experience behind the ideas
This year’s speakers bring experience from environments including TikTok, Rivian, Google, MIT, Payoneer, Virtuos Games, Black Shamrock, Profico and Coinis.
But the names are only part of the story. What matters is the experience behind them: building companies and products, developing AI systems, working with global brands, exploring autonomous mobility, creating games and leading teams through change.
Some conversations will happen on the Main Stage. Others will go deeper through Masterclasses and panels. And some of the best ones may happen after the microphones are switched off.
Because the future isn’t being built in one industry — and it shouldn’t be discussed in one either.
The first speakers are here. More are coming.
Meet them on the IT SPOT 2026 Speakers page.
